• -Structured, Sober, Safe Transitional Living Environment

    -Minimum of 13 recovery support groups per week (including dual diagnosis)

    -12 Step/Recovery Sponsor

    -Relationship with local Medical, Dental, Therapeutic and Psychiatric Services

    -Consulting Psychologist

    -Clinically informed Case Management w/ emphasis on life-skills

    -Family Support Group and Individual Family Counseling

    -Monthly calls with a therapeutic initiative to address and support concerns that arise for families throughout their process

    -Regular updates with the client’s recovery support network - Family, Consultant, and Referring Professionals

    -Weekly accountability with random drug testing

  • -Weekly Meeting with Case Manager to review personal success plan

    -Identification of resident’s Recovery Support Team. (Family Members, Education/Recovery consultant, Referring professionals, Mentors)

    -Communication and coordination with resident’s recovery support team

    -Regular updates and progress reports to resident’s primary treatment program

    -Daily and weekly schedule support

    -Employment and Volunteer coordination and support
